The-Day Service Package

This package is for those who are able to plan and only need help creating the wow factor. The initial consultation is intended to make sure no detail is missed during your planning period. As your event or home room remodel date approaches, we will have one more consultation to discuss the planning progress and any last minute changes. My team and I will be available for setup on "the-day" to make sure it goes smoothly and perfect. 

The best part about the Day Service package is that it allows you have a care-free setup process. 

This service is only available to home remodels or events taking place in Southwest Florida, specifically from Naples to the Lehigh Acres area.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do you contract and coordinate with event vendors?

Dash of Blush Designs can assist, if requested, in providing referrals only for event vendors (cake, chairs, petting zoo, etc.). We want to make sure that every component of your event is perfect. The-day of the event we will manage all communications with the vendors you have contracted on your behalf. 

At what time do you begin event set-up? 

Set-up time depends on the guest size. Typically, if the event is for 30 guests or more, set-up needs to begin at least 3 hours prior to the start time. Table and chairs, along with all contracted vendor items need to be available several hours prior to the event start time. 

TIP: No need to rent a space!  -- When someone begins planning an event, they automatically think of renting a space. I see potential for events such as a birthday party or even a small, tasteful wedding in a backyard or patio. Believe me when I say it can and has been done!


The-Day Service Package Request

Upon receipt of your date request and confirming date availability, I will ask a few questions regarding event/room decor type, location and size of the event/home to determine how many members of my team would be needed for "the-day"service. Based on those answers, a service fee will be provided. In order to reserve your date, a 50% down payment is required.

The initial consultation will be scheduled shortly after our initial electronic communications. Although my preference is in person, I will happily chat over the phone and as a last resort, via e-mail. The second consultation will take the week before the-day. Please share any specific requests or comments regarding the consultation and the-day expectations below:
Service Fee Agreement *
Upon receipt of your date request, I will ask a few questions regarding design type (home or event), location of the event/home, size (how many rooms or guest quantity) in order to determine how many members of my team will be needed on the-day. Holiday weekends have an additional fee of $100. A custom fee will be provided and upon receipt of 50% down-payment, your date will be reserved.
